Polyvinyl alcohol fiber (PVAF) is an ideal environment-friendly cement reinforcement material successfully developed by our company recently. Because of its unique molecular structure, it has a good affinity with cement and suitable alkali and weather resistance. Effectively prevent and inhibit the formation and development of cracks, improve concrete's bending, impact, and cracking strength, and improve concrete's impermeability, impact resistance, and earthquake resistance. It can be widely used in walls, roofs, floors and roads, bridges, tunnels, and slope reinforcement of industrial and civil buildings.
Currently, in cement concrete engineering, due to the unique properties of PVA fiber, it has broad development prospects in engineering and construction applications, and it is an ideal new product that can completely replace asbestos. |
Performance | 1. High strength and low elongation: superior mechanical properties. 2. Acidity and alkalinity: The strength loss is low in a long-term acid-base environment. 3. Corrosion resistance: The fiber is buried underground for a long time without mold, decay, or insects. 4. Dispersion: The fiber does not stick together, has good water dispersibility, and has a good affinity with cement. |
Application | 1. Large-volume concrete pouring and guardrails, dams and parking lots. 2. Make concrete components, plates and light wall panels to replace asbestos and make asbestos cement products. 3. Shotcrete for tunnels, mines and culverts. 4. Make light wall panels, GRC boards, insulation boards, and other building materials. |
Usage | 1. The original proportion of concrete remains unchanged, and the fibers are accurately weighed according to the designed addition amount and the amount of concrete mixed each time. 2. After the gravel material is ready, add the fiber, the aggregate, and water to the mixer, then stir. 3. After the mixing is completed, take random samples. The concrete can be used if the fibers have been evenly dispersed into monofilaments. If there are still bundles of fibers, prolong the mixing time for 30-60 seconds, and then it can be used. 4. Fiber-added concrete's construction and maintenance process is identical to ordinary concrete's. 5. Product dosage: Generally speaking, for plain slurry or mortar, fiber-reinforced cement slabs, and corrugated tiles, the dosage range is 0.6-1kg/m³, and the standard dosage is 0.6kg/m³; for concrete, the dosage range is 0.6-1.9 kg/m³, the usual amount is 0.9kg/m³. |

Store products with original packaging in a dry, clean environment and away from heat sources. This product is not easy to lose efficacy, but it is hydrophilic-based. If the storage environment is poor, it will slowly absorb moisture. It is recommended to follow the first-in-first-out principle when using it. The packaging must be tightly sealed to prevent moisture intrusion if not finished use.
