Chemical Nature

Sodium lignosulfonate water-reducing agent has a medium molecular weight and low reducing sugar content. It can be used as a concrete admixture. It has the characteristics of low dosage, low air content, and strong adaptability to cement. The most remarkable feature is that after compounding with naphthalene-based high-efficiency water-reducing admixture, the liquid admixture produced has no precipitation.

Features of application

1. The recommended dosage is 0.2-0.3% of the cement dosage (users can experiment to determine the optimal dosage), and the water reduction rate is above 10%, which can significantly improve the workability of concrete and substantially reduce the initial heat of cement hydration. , no corrosion hazard to steel bars.
2. Good compatibility with naphthalene-based and melamine resin-based high-efficiency water-reducing agents, and the aqueous solution will not precipitate;
3. The product is green, environmentally friendly, non-toxic and harmless;

Usage

Pre-mix evenly with other dry powder components before packaging. Mix and use on-site according to the recommended amount of water.
The recommended addition amount is 0.2%-0.30% of the cementitious material, which must be pre-tested according to the raw materials and construction specifications before use.

Storage condition

Store products with original packaging in a dry, clean environment and away from heat sources. This product is not easy to lose efficacy, but it is hydrophilic-based. If the storage environment is poor, it will slowly absorb moisture. It is recommended to follow the first-in-first-out principle when using it. The packaging must be tightly sealed to prevent moisture intrusion if not finished use.

Product safety
