1. Product introduction
With the large-scale construction of China's transportation infrastructure, especially the rapid development of expressway construction, asphalt pavement has occupied an increasingly important position. Hence, higher requirements for high-grade asphalt pavement's engineering quality and durability are placed. To avoid the early damage of asphalt pavement, such as a pier, cracking, potholes, and other diseases that affect its service life, industrially produced polymer synthetic fibers have been used as reinforcing materials in asphalt concrete, which have been recognized in China. It is widely concerned and recognized in the transportation industry and highway research department.


Polyester Fiber (PESF) is a new type of anti-crack reinforcement material developed and produced by our company to reinforce asphalt concrete. It is a bundled monofilament synthetic fiber processed by a unique process using 100% polyester synthetic material. It has outstanding qualities like strength, corrosion and high-temperature resistance, strong chemical stability, and firm bond stress on asphalt. Moreover, it can form vast three-dimensional random distributions of fiber monofilaments after stirring and play the role of reinforcement and bridging when it adds to asphalt concrete. To effectively improve the mechanical properties of asphalt mixture and prevent cracking of asphalt concrete.
