Fields of application | Superior mechanical and physical performance. HTHM PVA fiber has very high tensile strength, elastic modulus and low elongation. High affinity with cement based material. Bonding strength is better than nylon 6, polypropylence, polyester, etc. With unique molecular structure, it has good bonding strength with the hydrates interface of cement products to achieve a remarkable enhancement effect. Good dispersion in concrete and cement products, the fiber could overlap with each other as a three-dimensional reticular structure which can effectively improve the brittleness of concrete, cement products and increase its tenacity to improve the durability. Better performances of acid, alkali resistance and chemical resistance than nylon 6, polyester, polypropylene and other man-made fiber. Good light resistance and corrosion resistance. With long time exposure in direct sun light, the retention rate of fiber strength is better than that of other fiber. No mould, no corrosion and no wormy when embedded underground in long time. Usage | The recommended additive amount of PVA fiber used for fiber cement products is 1.0%-2.0%, The optimal length is 4mm or 6mm, with which it can effectively increase the strength of the fiber cement products. HTHM PVA fiber is regarded as the most optimal environment-friendly and green material that can replace the asbestos. According to the formulation design, add HTHM PVA fiber into water, stir to make it predispersed, then add the fiber cement to the mixing tank and stir with other materials until the end of the production. |

Store products with original packaging in a dry, clean environment and away from heat sources. This product is not easy to lose efficacy, but it is hydrophilic-based.
