PCE-156B is a new generation of environmentally friendly polycarboxylate high-performance slump retaining agent, which has the remarkable characteristics of slow release and water reduction, greatly improves the long-term maintenance of concrete slump, and can significantly improve the plastic retaining effect of concrete, especially in pumped concrete

Fields of application

1. Excellent slump retention: It can effectively inhibit the hydration reaction rate of cement hydration in the initial and induction periods.
2, slow release: the slump retaining agent has the characteristics of low initial water reduction rate and high later water reduction rate. Excellent slow release dispersion for cement.
3. The product is green, non-toxic and harmless, conducive to the configuration of green concrete;
4. The product has excellent adaptability;

usage

1. This product is 50% solid liquid with low water reduction rate, which does not belong to the end product used in concrete production. It is recommended to be combined with polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, and the recommended composite ratio: mass ratio of carboxylic acid masterbatch and PCE156B =8:2~7:3. The optimum composite ratio should be determined according to the test.
2. When the user uses this product for the first time or replaces the raw materials, please refer to this instruction manual according to the construction requirements and conditions, and do the necessary trial mixing test on the dosage and method to obtain the best technical and economic benefits;
3. This product can not be mixed with nano superplasticizer, mixed packaging, so as not to affect the performance.

1. This product is transported in plastic drums or tankers, and can also be packaged in special ways according to customer requirements;
2. This product is non-toxic and non-combustible;
3. The product should be stored in a cool place, should avoid contact with steel products for a long time, should be covered storage, should avoid sun, rain and freezing, storage temperature should be between 0-40ºC, below 0ºC will freeze when stored, if found to be frozen can be heated until it melts and stirred again before use;
4. The shelf life of this product is six months. If the shelf life exceeds the warranty period, it can be continued to use after the technical index has passed the inspection and the performance index has met the requirements through the concrete test.
