Sodium Alpha-Olefin Sulfonate
AOS-92
Chemical Nature
Sodium α-alkenyl sulfonate is a kind of ionic surfactant, which has the function of entrained air in concrete. In the process of mixing concrete, many fine bubbles with uniform distribution, stability and closure can be introduced to improve the workability of concrete, and increase the anti-freezing and anti-seepage properties of concrete.
Features of application
1, in the concrete production process, a large number of bubbles can be introduced;
2, improve the workability of concrete mix;
3, improve the permeability of concrete, frost resistance;
4, the strength of the concrete has been weakened, the size of the weakened and the amount of bubbles generated by the air entraining agent is related to the size of the bubbles, if the generated bubbles are mainly small holes, the weakening is relatively small. Of course, the water-reducing effect of air entraining agent will compensate the strength weakening caused by air entraining to some extent.
Storage
The product should be stored in a dry, clean environment, in its original packaging and away from heat sources. This product is not easy to fail, but it is a hydrophilic product, if the storage environment is poor, it will slowly inhale water, it is recommended to follow the principle of first in first out when using. If the product is not used up, the packaging must be tightly sealed to prevent moisture intrusion.
According to the provisions of the law on dangerous goods and manufactured goods, this product is harmless. Dust formation and accumulation should be avoided. Scattered products should be cleaned in a dry state, there is a risk of slipping in contact with water. Contact us for more information.
