PCE156L is a new generation of environmental protection polycarboxylate high performance water reducer, the water reducer not only has a high water reduction rate, but also has excellent slump retention, greatly improving the construction performance of concrete. The product can be widely used in ordinary concrete, pumped concrete, high strength and high performance concrete.

Fields of application

1. This product is light yellow or colorless liquid;
2. Good product stability, no precipitation at low temperature;
3. The product is green, non-toxic and harmless, conducive to the configuration of green concrete;
4. The product has excellent adaptability, high water reduction characteristics and outstanding slump retention performance;

usage

1. Low dosage, high water reduction rate, the recommended dosage is 0.2-0.5% of the cementing material (solid content), and the water reduction rate can reach 25-40%; Since this product is a 50% solid water reducing agent stock solution, it is not the end product used in concrete production, it is recommended that customers reduce the solid content of the product before use, and determine the best content and performance through tests, if necessary, can be combined with other admixtures.
2. When the user uses this product for the first time or replaces the raw materials, please refer to this instruction manual according to the construction requirements and conditions, and do the necessary trial mixing test on the dosage and method to obtain the best technical and economic benefits;
3. This product can not be mixed with nano superplasticizer, mixed packaging, so as not to affect the performance.

1. This product is transported in plastic drums or tankers, and can also be packaged in special ways according to customer requirements;
2. This product is non-toxic and non-combustible;
3. The product should be stored in a cool place, should avoid contact with steel products for a long time, should be covered storage, should avoid sun, rain and freezing, storage temperature should be between 0-40ºC, below 0ºC will freeze when stored, if found to be frozen can be heated until it melts and stirred again before use;
4. The shelf life of this product is six months. If the shelf life exceeds the warranty period, it can be continued to use after the technical index has passed the inspection and the performance index has met the requirements through the concrete test.
