PCE157L is a special liquid polycarboxylic acid water reducer for gypsum building materials, which has a strong adsorption and dispersion effect on gypsum, and has a good adaptability to various gypsum, with high water reduction, early strength and high strength, no shrinkage characteristics. PCE157L can be widely used in all kinds of gypsum building materials, such as gypsum inner partition wall board, gypsum flue products, paper gypsum board, high strength gypsum products, gypsum artesian equality.

Fields of application

1. In the gypsum system, the addition of PCE157L can achieve good flow performance, while the addition of water can be controlled at a very low level, reduce the porosity of gypsum products and improve the strength of gypsum products.

usage

1. The recommended dosage of PCE157L is 2%-5% of the cementing material; Since this product is a 50% solid water reducing agent stock solution, it does not belong to the end product used in gypsum production, it is recommended that customers reduce the solid content of the product before use, and determine the best dosage and performance through tests.
2, the gypsum slurry of different binding systems, mixed with PCE157L after the test to adjust the appropriate water consumption; .

1. This product is transported in plastic drums or tankers, and can also be packaged in special ways according to customer requirements;
2. This product is non-toxic and non-combustible;
3. The product should be stored in a cool place, should avoid contact with steel products for a long time, should be covered storage, should avoid sun, rain and freezing, storage temperature should be between 0-40ºC, below 0ºC will freeze when stored, if found to be frozen can be heated until it melts and stirred again before use;
4. The shelf life of this product is six months. If the shelf life exceeds the warranty period, it can be continued to use after the technical index has passed the inspection and the performance index has met the requirements through the concrete test.
