Naphthalene-series effective retarding water reducer has the characteristics of high water reduction rate, good fluidity, small slump loss, no segregation, no bleeding and so on. At the same time, it can greatly improve the fluidity of concrete and the strength of each age, especially the late strength has obvious enhancement effect, and is the first choice of high strength concrete, commercial concrete, self-leveling grouting material and other products.
Fields of application
1, this product is non-toxic, non-combustible, stable form, no corrosion of steel bars;
2, gas content 2.5-4.0%, conducive to pumping construction;
3, sodium sulfate content ≤18%, low alkali content, will not cause alkali aggregate reaction;
4, water reduction rate 12-20%, can increase the flow of the mix, concrete slump reached 15-20cm; 60min loss ≤20mm, suitable for continuous pouring of large volume concrete in hot season, reduce hydration heat release, reduce the temperature stress of concrete, avoid the generation of temperature difference cracks;
5, increase the compactness of concrete, reduce shrinkage, improve the durability of concrete, extend the service life of concrete.
The outstanding disadvantage of naphthalene-superplasticizer is poor slump retention performance, which can be mixed with retarding agents (sodium tripolyphosphate, sodium citrate, potassium sodium tartrate, sodium gluconate) to reduce slump loss. It can also be combined with lignosulfonate to maintain certain air permeability and reduce the slump loss of concrete.

Usage method
Pre-mixed with other dry powder components, then packaged, and mixed with recommended water on site.
The recommended addition amount is 1.2%-0.30% of the cementing material, which should be determined according to the preliminary test of raw materials and construction specifications before use.
