PNF compound waterproofing agent is an admixture product composed of water reducing agent, plastic micro-expansion organic polymer and inorganic chemical components. This product can greatly improve the crack and impermeability of concrete, is an excellent concrete (mortar) composite multi-functional impermeability and waterproofing agent, can be applied to a variety of reinforced concrete construction technology, especially suitable for pumping process.
Main properties and dosage
1. The agent has the properties of micro-expansion, impermeability and crack prevention. After addition, swelling crystalline hydrate is generated due to hydration, which makes the mortar and concrete produce micro expansion and promotes the density of the structure. Usage and precautions
1. Before the use of the product, the concrete test should be carried out according to the raw materials such as cement, sand and stone used in the project, combined with the on-site construction and design requirements, and the concrete mixing ratio and admixture amount should be determined.
2. Liquid products can be added with mixing water, powder products should be added when adding cement or after completion, and appropriately extend the mixing time.
