Product introduction

Sodium lignosulfonate is a modified product of natural lignin. It is yellowish-brown fine powder, slightly aromatic, non-toxic and harmless, and has high chemical stability. As a superplasticizer, it has good compatibility with naphthaleneand melamine resin superplasticizers, and the aqueous solution does not precipitate.

1. The recommended mixing amount is 0.2-0.3% of the cement content (the user can determine the best mixing amount by test), and the water reduction rate is above 10%, which can significantly improve the workability of concrete, greatly reduce the initial hydration heat of cement, and no corrosion damage to steel bars.
2. Good compatibility with naphthaleneand melamine resin superplasticizers, and no precipitation of aqueous solution;
3. The product is green, non-toxic and harmless;


Usage method
 
Pre-mixed with other dry powder components, then packaged, and mixed with recommended water on site.
The recommended addition amount is 0.20%-0.30% of the cementing material, which should be determined according to the preliminary test of raw materials and construction specifications before use.


Storage condition
 
The product should be stored in a dry, clean environment, in its original packaging and away from heat sources. This product is not easy to fail, but it is a hydrophilic product, if the storage environment is poor, it will slowly inhale water, it is recommended to follow the principle of first in first out when using. If the product is not used up, the packaging must be tightly sealed to prevent moisture intrusion.
