Air Entrainment Agent
An air-entraining agent introduces a large number of uniformly distributed airbubbles into the mortar or concrete mixture during the mixing process. Thisaddition can reduce the shrinkage of mortar and concrete, preventing crackformation and significantly enhancing frost resistance. The air-entraining agentalso improves the dispersion and wetting properties of the mortar (especiallymachine-sprayed mortar/gypsum), reducing viscosity (which sometimes increasesdue to excessive addition of cellulose ether), and enhancing the workability andpumpability of the mortar and gypsum.
Scope of application
It can be used in building materials that require air-entraining agent properties.such as leveling gypsum, thick leveling mortar, anti-freeze mortar, thermalinsulation mortar, etc, When in use, mix fully with dry-mixed mortar, and thenadd water and stir. The recommended addition amount is 0.01% to 0.05% of thetotal weight of the mortar.
Storage
The product should be stored in a dry, clean environment, in its original packaging and away from heat sources. This product is not easy to fail, but it is a hydrophilic product, if the storage environment is poor, it will slowly inhale water, it is recommended to follow the principle of first in first out when using. If the product is not used up, the packaging must be tightly sealed to prevent moisture intrusion.
