Chemical Nature

SMF-10 Melamine water reducer is a water-soluble anionic water-reducing agent. Its main component is sulfonated melamine formaldehyde resin with solid adsorption and dispersion effects on cement, and it has excellent comprehensive performance in concrete and dry-mixed mortar.

Features of application

1. High water-reducing rate and no air entrainment; improve the workability of fresh cement products and segregation stability; improve the early strength and durability of the product.
2. There is low sulfate, extremely low chloride ions, and no corrosion to steel bars.
3. Cement adaptability and compatibility with redispersible polymer powder, cellulose ether, and other additives.

Applications             

1. SMF-10 Melamine water reducer has good dispersion properties for aluminate and a good water-reducing effect. It can be used in refractory concrete, bricks, refractory castables, and other aluminate materials to significantly improve refractory materials' resistance. It can enhance the compressive and flexural strength, reduce the moisture porosity of refractory materials, increase the density, and extend the life of refractory materials.
2. SMF-10 Melamine water reducer  is used in self-leveling cement mortar, non-metallic wear-resistant floors, and grouting materials to improve the workability of the materials, increase the hardness and smoothness of the floor surface, and prevent cracks.
3. SMF-10 Melamine water reducer  is used in waterproof mortar and emulsion modifiers to improve the impermeability of concrete or mortar.
4. SMF-10 Melamine water reducer  prepares high-strength concrete, pumped concrete, colored concrete, decorative products, high-strength mortar, and repair mortar.

Usage

Pre-mix evenly with other dry powder components before packaging. Mix and use on-site according to the recommended amount of water.
The recommended addition amount is 0.5%-1.5% of the cementitious material, which must be pre-tested according to the raw materials and construction specifications before use.

Storage condition

Store products with original packaging in a dry, clean environment and away from heat sources. This product is not easy to lose efficacy, but it is hydrophilic-based. If the storage environment is poor, it will slowly absorb moisture. It is recommended to follow the first-in-first-out principle when using it. The packaging must be tightly sealed to prevent moisture intrusion if not finished use.

Product safety

According to the legal provisions on dangerous goods and preparations, this product is non-hazardous. Avoid dust formation and accumulation. Scattered effects should be swept up while keeping them dry. Touching with water will cause a risk of slipping. Contact us for further information.
