Chemical Nature
PCE154L is a new generation of environmentally friendly polycarboxylate high performance water reducing agent, this series of water reducing agent because of its extremely high water reducing rate, can greatly improve the plastic index of newly mixed concrete, thereby improving the pumping and constructability of concrete, while also showing excellent performance in strength growth.
The product can be widely used in ordinary concrete, pumped concrete, superfluid self-compacting and high-strength and high-durability concrete,especially in precast concrete applications with excellent performance.

1. This product is light yellow or colorless liquid;
2. Good product stability, no precipitation at low temperature;
3. The product is green, non-toxic and harmless, conducive to the configuration of green concrete;

Usage method
1. Low dosage, high water reduction rate, the recommended dosage is 0.2-0.5% of the cementing material (solid content), and the water reduction rate can reach 25-40%; Since this product is a 50% solid water reducing agent stock solution, it is not the end product used in concrete production, it is recommended that customers reduce the solid content of the product before use, and determine the best content and performance through tests, if necessary, can be combined with other admixtures.
2. When the user uses the product for the first time or replaces the raw materials, please refer to this manual according to the construction requirements and conditions, and do the necessary trial mixing test on the dosage and method to obtain the best technical and economic benefits;
3. This product can not be mixed with nano superplasticizer, mixed, so as not to affect the performance.
