Product introduction

Polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer PCE802 is a superplasticizer specially developed for sulphoaluminate cement, ordinary Portland cement and high aluminum cement. Suitable for special cement (Portland cement + calcium aluminate cement + calcium sulfate) with high fluidity, high strength mortar, concrete, etc.

Usage method

 

Pre-mixed with other dry powder components, then packaged, and mixed with recommended water on site.
The recommended addition amount is 0.01%-0.30% of the cementing material, which should be determined according to the preliminary test of raw materials and construction specifications before use.

 

Storage condition

The product should be stored in a dry, clean environment, in its original packaging and away from heat sources. This product is not easy to fail, but it is a hydrophilic product, if the storage environment is poor, it will slowly inhale water, it is recommended to follow the principle of first in first out when using. If the product is not used up, the packaging must be tightly sealed to prevent moisture intrusion.

Packing for Transportation

1	This product is packed in 25kg bags out HDPE bags inner with LDPE bags.
2	Store products with original packaging in a dry, clean environment and away from heat sources. This product is not easy to lose efficacy, but it is hydrophilic-based. If the storage environment is poor, it will slowly absorb moisture. It is recommended to follow the first-in-first-out principle when using it.
