Chemical Nature

PCE802 is specially developed for sulfoaluminate cement, ordinary Portland cement, and high alumina cement. It is suitable for high fluidity and high strength mortar and concrete containing special cement (Portland cement + calcium aluminate cement + calcium sulfate).

Features of application

1.High water-reducing rate (. It can make the water-reducing rate of mortar reach more than 25%. When the same amount of water is added, the fluidity of the mortar is greatly improved.)
2.Suitable for self-leveling mortar and concrete developed for special cement such as sulfoaluminate and high alumina cement.
3.Good compatibility with other additives, such as citric acid and tartaric acid

Usage

Pre-mix evenly with other dry powder components before packaging. Mix and use on-site according to the recommended amount of water.
The recommended addition amount is 0.01%-0.30% of the cementitious material, which must be pre-tested according to the raw materials and construction specifications before use.

Storage condition

Store products with original packaging in a dry, clean environment and away from heat sources. This product is not easy to lose efficacy, but it is hydrophilic-based. If the storage environment is poor, it will slowly absorb moisture. It is recommended to follow the first-in-first-out principle when using it. The packaging must be tightly sealed to prevent moisture intrusion if not finished use.
 

Product safety

According to the legal provisions on dangerous goods and preparations, this product is non-hazardous. Avoid dust formation and accumulation. Scattered effects should be swept up while keeping them dry. Touching with water will cause a risk of slipping. Contact us for further information.
