Chemical Nature

PCE128 is a polycarboxylate water-reducing agent powder produced through a high-temperature powder spraying process. It has an ultra-high water-reducing effect and is suitable for cement-based mortar or ready-mixed concrete with high fluidity and strength requirements.

Features of application

1. PCE128 can make the water-reducing rate of mortar reach more than 25%, which significantly improves the fluidity of mortar when the same amount of water is added.
2. The product has wide adaptability and is suitable for most mortars and concrete products. It can be widely used in various mortars (such as grouting materials, bearing mortars, and other materials). Improve the fluidity of mortar slurry, facilitate construction, and improve construction efficiency;
3. The product is environmental protection, non-toxic and harmless;
4. PCE-128 is compatible with other external additives such as a defoamer, retarder, expansion agent, early strength agent, etc.
 

Usage

Pre-mix evenly with other dry powder components before packaging. Mix and use on-site according to the recommended amount of water.
The recommended addition amount is 0.01%-0.30% of the cementitious material, which must be pre-tested according to the raw materials and construction specifications before use.

Storage condition

Store products with original packaging in a dry, clean environment and away from heat sources. This product is not easy to lose efficacy, but it is hydrophilic-based. If the storage environment is poor, it will slowly absorb moisture. It is recommended to follow the first-in-first-out principle when using it. The packaging must be tightly sealed to prevent moisture intrusion if not finished use.
 

Product safety
