1. It has a retarding effect when used in self-leveling mortar. The additional amount is tiny, but the effect is obvious. ;
2. Tartaric acid has a very strong retarding effect at high temperatures, which is apparent when used in summer;
3. Tartaric acid can be combined with citric acid, boric acid, and other additives to achieve better application results;
4. Adding tartaric acid to gypsum has a very good retarding effect and has little impact on strength.
