PCE128 is a polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer powder produced by high temperature powder spraying process, with ultra-high water reducing effect, suitable for cement-based mortar or ready-mixed concrete with high fluidity and high strength requirements.
Applied Range
1.PCE128 can make the water reduction rate of mortar reach more than 25%, and greatly improve the fluidity of mortar when the mortar is the same water.
2, the product has a wide adaptability, suitable for most mortar and concrete products, can be widely used in a variety of mortar (such as grouting material, support mortar and other materials).
3. Improve slurry flow, easy construction, improve construction efficiency;
4. The product is green, non-toxic and harmless;
5.PCE-128 and other external additives such as defoamer, retarder, expansion agent, early strength agent, etc., have excellent matching.
Useing Method
Pre-mixed with other dry powder components, then packaged, and mixed with recommended water on site.
The recommended addition amount is 0.01%-0.30% of the cementing material, which should be determined according to the preliminary test of raw materials and construction specifications before use.
