PCE-104
 
Chemical Nature
Polycarboxylate water-reducing agent PCE104 is a white powder, a powdery high-performance superplasticizer/water-reducing agent with a high water-reducing rate and  plasticity retention. It has strong adsorption and dispersion effects on gypsum, good adaptability to various gypsum, and the characteristics of high water reduction, early strength, and no shrinkage. PCE104 can be widely used in multiple gypsum products, self-leveling, etc.

Features of application
1. In the gypsum system, adding PCE104 can achieve good flow performance while the amount of water added can be controlled at a low level, reducing the porosity of the gypsum mortar and improving the strength of the gypsum.
2. The product has wide adaptability and is suitable for most gypsum building materials products. It can be widely used in various gypsum mortars (such as phosphogypsum, desulfurization gypsum, high-strength gypsum, and other materials). Improve the fluidity of gypsum slurry, facilitate construction, and improve construction efficiency;
3. The product is environmental protection, non-toxic and harmless;
4. PCE104 is compatible with other external additives such as defoamer, retarder, expansion agent, early strength agent, etc.

 
Usage
Pre-mix evenly with other dry powder components before packaging. Mix and use on-site according to the recommended amount of water.
The recommended addition amount is 0.01%-0.30% of the cementitious material, which must be pre-tested according to the raw materials and construction specifications before use.

Storage condition
Store products with original packaging in a dry, clean environment and away from heat sources. This product is not easy to lose efficacy, but it is hydrophilic-based. If the storage environment is poor, it will slowly absorb moisture. It is recommended to follow the first-in-first-out principle when using it. The packaging must be tightly sealed to prevent moisture intrusion if not finished use.
 
Product safety
According to the legal provisions on dangerous goods and preparations, this product is non-hazardous. Avoid dust formation and accumulation. Scattered effects should be swept up while keeping them dry. Touching with water will cause a risk of slipping. Contact us for further information.
