Product Description

Cellulose Fiber

Product Introduction

Cellulose fiber, with natural hydrophilicity and high strength, is made of a unique plant species in the alpine region through a series of specific chemical treatments and mechanical processing. Since it belongs to the natural division of plant cells and the growth is not artificial, which gives the surface a firm grip. In the follow-up processing, the fiber is made into a sheet-like monomer using a unique electrodeless material, which is convenient for transporting and delivering the thread. Then, under immersion in water and the mixer's friction, the flaky monomers are easily dispersed into fiber monofilaments, thereby playing an anti-cracking effect, which can effectively improve the mechanical properties of concrete, such as freeze-thaw resistance and impermeability.

Performance characteristics of cellulose fiber added to the concrete

Effectively prevent the occurrence of concrete shrinkage cracks: due to the characteristics of cellulose fiber itself, such as natural hydrophilicity, excellent grip strength, huge fiber-specific surface area, and high toughness and strength. In addition, under the soaking of water and the action of external force, a large number of evenly distributed fine fibers are formed after being added to concrete, which can effectively prevent the plastic shrinkage of concrete, dry shrinkage, and temperature changes that cause cracks.

 Specifications and dosage

Specifications: The fibers are short and thin, so it is not convenient for storage and transportation, generally they are made into flat cubes.
Dosage in concrete: 0.5-1kg

Construction Technology of Polymer Fiber in Asphalt Concrete

Polymer fibers essentially place the exact requirements on the asphalt mixture without adding threads.
It is necessary to determine the mixing ratio of each tray of the hot material silo before adding fiber, calculate the mass, and then pack the entering fiber according to this mass. For example, if the mixing volume of each tray is 3 tons, the calculation is based on 2% of it; that is, the mixing volume is 6kg.
The asphalt mixture should mix according to the designed amount. After the trial mixing, take the samples for the Marshall test and compare the test value with the test results of the mixing ratio to verify the rationality of the designed amount of asphalt and make appropriate adjustments if necessary.Cellulose Fiber Can Improve Mechanical Properties of Concrete Freeze-Thaw Resistance and Impermeability.Cellulose Fiber Can Improve Mechanical Properties of Concrete Freeze-Thaw Resistance and Impermeability.Cellulose Fiber Can Improve Mechanical Properties of Concrete Freeze-Thaw Resistance and Impermeability.
