Premium Concrete Admixture: High Slump Retention Polycarboxylate Ethers (PCE156L)
Chemical Nature PCE156L is a new generation of environmentally friendly polycarboxylate high-performance water-reducing agent. In addition to having a high water-reducing rate, it also has excellent slump retention, significantly improving concrete construction performance. This product can be widely used in ordinary concrete, pumped concrete, high-strength, and high-performance concrete.

Features of application 1. The product has good stability and no precipitation at low temperatures;
2. The product is green, environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and harmless and is conducive to the deployment of green concrete;
3. The product has excellent adaptability, high water reduction characteristics, and outstanding slump retention performance;
Usage 1. Low dosage and high water-reducing rate. The recommended dosage is 0.2-0.5% (solid content) of the cementitious material, and the water-reducing rate can reach 25-40%; it is not an end product used in concrete production since the product is a water-reducing stock solution with a solid content of 50%. Recommend customers reduce the solid content of the product before use and determine the optimal dosage and performance through experiments. Other admixture products can be used in combination if necessary.
2. When users first use the product or change raw materials, please refer to the instructions according to the construction requirements plus conditions and conduct necessary trial mixing tests on the dosage along with methods to obtain the best technical and economic benefits;
3. The product cannot be mixed with a Napht halene water-reducing agent to avoid affecting the performance.

Storage condition 1. The product is transported in plastic barrels or tankers and can also be packaged in unique ways according to customer requirements;
2. The product is non-toxic and non-flammable;
3. The product should be stored in a cool place and avoid long-term contact with steel items. It should be kept covered and protected from sunlight, rain, and freezing. The storage temperature should be between 0-40ºC and below 0ºC. There will be freezing during storage. Heat it until it melts and stir evenly again before use if ice is found;
4. The shelf life of the product is six months. If it exceeds, it can only be used after passing the technical index inspection and confirming that its performance meets the requirements through concrete trial mix verification.
